Registry Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern the use of Registry, an app developed and distributed by Morax.

By using Registry, you agree to the terms described on this page.

2. License

Registry is licensed, not sold.

You may use the app only in accordance with these Terms of Use and the applicable Apple App Store terms.

3. Free Version and Registry Unlimited

Registry is available free of charge with a limit of 25 records.

The optional In-App Purchase Registry Unlimited removes this limit, allowing you to create and manage an unlimited number of records.

Registry Unlimited is a one-time purchase and does not require a subscription.

Purchases can be restored on devices associated with the same Apple Account, subject to Apple’s policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the information entered into Registry.

Morax does not review, verify or monitor the content of your records.

5. Data Storage

Registry stores your data directly on your device.

It is your responsibility to create backups of any important information.

Removing the app before creating a backup will permanently delete all locally stored data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Registry is provided “as is”.

While Morax strives to provide a reliable and high-quality application, we do not guarantee that the app will always operate without errors or meet every individual requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morax shall not be liable for any loss of data, service interruption or damages arising from the use of the app.

7. Intellectual Property

Registry, its name, logo, design, graphics and software are the intellectual property of Morax and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

No part of the app may be copied, modified, distributed or reproduced without prior written permission from Morax.

8. Changes to these Terms

Morax reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time.
